I would just really like to get through one entire day without having a panic attack. Just one. Just one day where I don't experience feeling like I'm suffocating or like I'm going to pass out, or that my heart is going to leap from my chest and run down the road without me. Or, feel the urge myself to jump up and run. Just run and run and never look back. Run like I'm running for my life. Just one day where I don't feel like I'm dying...like this is it...it's happening...this is the end. Just one whole day. It will feel like immense progress. That's what I'm aiming for today. Can I get a hells yes?!

I think today is the day for you. I had a recent day without a panic attack, the first in a month or so, it’s possible. It came on a day that I woke early, and did an old rapid eye movement exercise and breathing to put me back to sleep. Pulling for you
