So today my work announced that they're unionizing. It's been really stressful. I didn't sign because I don't really understand it. They've been so mean about it too. It's giving me flashbacks to being bullied. And with my anxiety and depression and PTSD, it's so hard for me to make decisions. And I couldn't make it to meetings because I have therapy after work. So I feel like I've been tossed aside. Idk.

It's much better to join a union if you can coz if you have any work problems they can help you deal with it. I am a big believer in unions so my advice is to join it. x
Unions are usually a good thing for employees.
A Union is great! You should get paid more and have more job protection.
