I have a plan! dont know yet if it will work but this group has helped me to know that there are resources out there for me and they are free! I love free stuff lol. I am focusing on doing things that make me feel good about me. Made a healthy smoothie for breakfast and salad for lunch, had to do extra laundry this morning as my son was sick last night but still managed to get 15 minutes in on the treadmill. Planning to do some more cbt work after i get the kids to bed tonight. There are many things I cant control so I'm trying to focus on the things I can. I am fortunate that I get to work from home and am able to do these things for myself that make me feel good. Although i think working from home has contributed to my social anxiety as well...It's suppose to get to 60 degrees today so planning to get outside with the kids after work. Anytime I accomplish getting outside without severe anxiety I feel better. I was hesitant to post this as I know some are going through really rough times and maybe they dont want to hear about my good day, but maybe they do...maybe it might help someone else.

I also try to focus on things that bring me joy !! As my kids go to school and my husband at work , I try to fill my day with positive activities and relationships so I can be in a good mood when everyone comes home !
My anxiety /panic / OCD still takes over me many times but I am always hopeful for a better future and grateful for the present !

Hi momenj5, I always look forward to a positive uplifting post. We all need to hear
the good with the bad. Thanks for sharing your plan. I feel it's a positive approach
with anxiety in having a plan. But I always have a Plan B for just in case days xx
