Anyone else read this book? Or any by Peter Michaelson? I'm gonna try it this week. I've felt so trapped lately. Blaming others for trapping me. Inner critic vs inner passivity. It's ok to criticize yourself. It's the constant justification of that criticism that keeps us in a depression loop. I'll read them and get back to you all.
