So if right now you are in pain and feel defeated or you feel tired out and stressed depressed or afraid please give yourself a break. Be gentle and patient. Listen to your body and to what your heart needs. Do what you seriously would do if you thought you were worth it. Maybe that means treating yourself to something. Maybe it is to rest and refresh yourself, maybe you need a good workout. Maybe it will be to take care of that thing you’ve been putting off.
Try telling yourself how awesome you are. How about telling yourself you forgive yourself or calling yourself sweetheart. Try saying a prayer for forgiveness, relief and guidance.
Just a reminder that you are important. You are more well than sick. Things can get better. I often do what I think I should do but when I really take into account of how I feel not what I think others expect of me I am happier. And if you need someone to talk to I’m always right here to listen. ❤️
