Hi all I posted last night and I’m still feeling the same. Suicidal thoughts and self harm thoughts at night particularly. Do other people struggle with this any suggestions? I already have a therapist and I’m on meds. I have a lot of stress in my life and PTSD on top of my anxiety and depression.

Thanks for sharing with us. I'm very sorry to hear you are hurting this much. When I am in a bad place at night, I find the only thing that gets it over with quickly is having a good cry and then falling asleep. It does suck and is sad, but when you wake up you will probably feel a bit better. If i stay awake too long it just drags it out.
But you should do whatever helps you the most. If that is watching a favorite show or listening to a sad song, or eating some ice cream, or whatever. Having a routine for self care when you feel awful should distract you from some of those other thoughts, too.

Thank you. I wish I could cry I like block myself from crying and it just boils inside and I can’t cry until it all overflows. Definitely makes me tired when I do cry lol. Thank you ❤️

That is totally understandable, we all try to be strong and hold it together but sometimes we can't. That's ok. We gotta give ourselves a break.
