Hi Julia3
I'm the CEO of NRAS and have been living with severe RA for nearly 40 years and so really understand the lows this disease can cause, but as you can see on this forum, people really do care about each other and as an organisation, our goal is to be there at the start of everyone's journey and support them throughout that journey whenever they need us. Our fab helpline team are available to talk through your issues Mon-Fri 9.30-4.30 and so please do call them on Monday if that's convenient, I'm sure you will find them empathetic and practically really helpful and supportive. There is always something that can be done and if your disease is out of control, there will be strategies that your team can apply which will help with bringing it under control and managing the pain better.
Things will improve - pls do call us.

You will learn in time. Rest assured we are all here for you!
Please feel free to pm me by tapping your chat button. It should be lit up orange. Once you tap it, it will show my name and say you have a message from me.Click onto that and it will take you to my written conversation. You can reply by typing a message into the box below my words and then tapping the blue send button. I believe I can help you but, by rule, you have to respond to me first. You need to know this info anyway in case you want to reach out to anyone here, including the NRAS. Have a blessed day, my friend!
