I made my appointment and just told the doctor how I was feeling and that it had been going on for a long time. He said well why haven’t you told me. I explained that I get so anxiety starting a day before my appointment. He knows I have social anxiety and try’s to get me back as soon as I check in because I’m known to just get up in leave because the walls start closing in and I get sick. Anyways, he prescribed me klopion. I got them filled today and I feel like a human being. Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. They help me get to my appointment and though it. I’m sure I will post a lot in this group. I have some other issues going on and as soon as I feel comfortable to tell you all my story I going to tell it. I hope my story may encourage someone. Again thank each and everyone of you for the encouraging words ❤️🧩💐🎭

I was scared too when I first started seeing a psychiatrist. I was afraid that what I say may shock him, and he'd want to put me in the hospital, or somewhere else! I finally realized that he's on my side! He wants to help, and he can't do it unless I open up and tell him everything. I didn't realize that he heard all this before a million times! What you're going through is very common, and they hear this stuff every single day! When you go there next time, just think that you're on the path to recovery, and you're getting the help you need.
