That sounds awful.

Maybe and if you can, try to shift your internal thoughts about it’s effect on your body.

Repeating “My body is healthy and my choices reflect that” may be helpful?

I know anxiety dialogue can be loud and exhausting.

I wish you well.

Thank you so much yes it’s hard to get my mind to not think bad all the time but I was able to sleep last night it’s just once I start feel not so well my mind thinks about the vaccine maybe I shouldn’t have looked it up on google

I'm sure you will be fine. I had the gardasil vaccine when I was a teenager with no side effects.

Googling medications can be dangerous! My doctor just prescribed me Rexulti and I googled it and I got really worried I was going to get diabetes (high blood sugar was one of the side effects), but I have to remember that my doctor prescribed it to me knowing that the benefits outweigh the potential side effects that most likely won't occur.

Gardasil is a wonderful vaccine that prevents cancer! A cancer that my Grandmother died from. If she had been able to get this vaccine when she was younger she may still be alive today. You are protecting yourself the best way you can.

Thank you for that I always google side effects all the time and it freaks me out and my anxiety intensifies

I have pre cancer cells right now in my cervix that’s why my doctor said it would benefit me if I did get the vaccine so I did because my grandmother died to from cancer and it scares me but ur right my dr wouldn’t have gave it to me if it wasn’t good for me

Let me just that, the best thing you did for yourself is get the vaccine. Try not to think so much about side effects because you’ll start feeling them a mind over matter type of thing.

Let me tell you that I had cervical cancer at the age of 25 am now 31 and that was the scariest thing ever. I got my vaccinations as soon as I had two procedures to get rid of the cancer. The last one I got right at the cut off age of 26 at that time.

I rather have side effects (which I had none) then have to have cancer of any sorts.

Guardrail is effective on six strains of hpv only. There are over 100 strains. Most people have had hpv and their body cleared it and they didn't have any consequences. There are also other causes of cervical cancer other than hpv. I am not saying people should not get the vax (a series of vaccines, not just one), I am, however, saying it is not a "wonderful vaccine" . There is a good deal of information patients are never told.
