Has anyone experienced these? If so, is there anything that causes them? I've been having them almost daily for a week or two, and seem to be brought about by no reason at all. When or before they happened, I've felt a tightness and discomfort in my chest, a sense of nervousness and anxiety, and some fatigue that wouldn't quite subside. Those feelings don't quite bother me as I'm able to distract myself and get some things accomplished, but all of a sudden I'll just burst into tears. I'll cry and cry until I'm dried out and the symptoms just go away. No more chest pain or nervousness and a sense of relief until it slowly starts to build again until the next one.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
Thank you all!
