The anxiety is lower and I don’t have much energy - I might be getting into a slight depression. I’m more accustomed to depression than anxiety - neither is good, but depression is more familiar.
Anyway, I just wanted to post and see if others are online right now. It helps me just to know I’m not alone.

You aren’t. I’m not used to any of it at one point though I wouldn’t even step out of my house because of depression and if I did anxiety would settle in. There also times when I have both which is a mixed state and that’s never fun because I don’t know what to do with myself and I just wait till I go numb so that I don’t feel either or anything at all.
You are not alone, I am here! Glad you posted its nice to connect and know someone else is there. Are you currently taking any medication for your depression?
It’s does help with my depression my mood stabilizer also helps too but there are times where I do have to take my Xanax but I’ve gotten into CBD gummies and I like taking them better because it’s hard for me to shake off my Xanax especially when I have to wake up at 5:30am for work and only have gotten a few hours of sleep 😴
