When I had a surgery last year I just remembered, "It's my first time, not my surgeon's!" It helped. Good thoughts to you.

I REALLY Hate To Hear That Hun.... When I Married My Wife, It Wasn't Like 3 Months After We Were Married They Found Out She Had Cysts The Size Of Oranges On Her Ovaries. After 3 Years & 7 Surgeries They Decided To Give Her A Hysterectomy. [ Every 3 to 4 Months The Cysts Would Come Back ]... She Suffered Badly During That Time. She Was 23 Years Old... But ? It Was A Blessing Because They Found A Bacteria That Would Have Lead To Cancer... She Took It Hard For A Little Wile...[ thank God for hormone replacement pills ] But ? She Turned Out Fine... You'll Be Just Fine...

Prayers For Ya~*

Hey tamka, a friend of mine has just had a hysterectomy and she feels soooo much better. The symptoms she was having was affecting her quality of life , and now after the op she's looking forward to putting it behind her so she can do the things she wants to without pain or worrying she'd have a flood out in public. Feel free to vent though and get your feelings out of it gets too much if you need to. 😘

How long did the surgery last

A couple hours. I had no pain at all. They had me stay over night but I had surgery around 11 am and was back in my room by 3 pm. I told the dr I was nervous they gave me something for anxiety in my IV. I had a wonderful dr and the nurses were great. Hang in there you’re going to be fine.

I had a hysterectomy 15 years ago. I was 41. It will be fine. You will be fine. Many women go through this. You will survive it. Be good to you.
