Lately, I’ve felt overwhelmed with school and work. My one co-worker always gets under my skin and heightens my anxiety. Plus my college work is okay but it’s adding to the stress. I just wish I had better coping skills and more sleep. I’m always worrying about the little things and everyone else. I need some coping mechanisms and are open to suggestions.

Anxiety taking over
I am going through the exact thing.
I feel you... Hope that relief will come to us all soon
Have you tried mindfulness? If not do some research on it, it’s helped me a lot.
Sorry, it sounds like you have a full plate. 1) What is it about the co-worker that bothers you most? 2) Make a list of things in my control and things out of my control. 3) Reduce interaction with that person or find a way to ignore the behavior he/she is doing. 4) College work is supposed to be tough. You can do it, though. Find a way to do some strenuous exercise and blow off steam (go up and down stairs, batting cages, 50 arm curls with cans of soup).
This is a difficult thing to deal with. I know this may difficult to do, but have you tried talking to your co worker about the way you feel? Sometimes it is best to just be open and honest with people. College is very difficult sometimes! Just push through it and it will be over before you know it. I hope everything gets better.
