I have ibs c and anxiety and depression. Right now the ibs is driving me up the walls. Anyone else deal with this continual discomfort. What do you do?

So many people use different abbreviations. Your heading says INS and then you mention IBS. What IBS are you referring to?

Sorry ibs was a typo I didn’t know how to fix☹️ It’s irritable bowel syndrome constipation dominant. It’s just really bad now. I guess it’s pretty common for it to act up with the other problems. I was just wondering how others handled it. Typing on a little bitty phone is not my forte.

Spinner, I thought that is what you referring to but did not want to spell it out on here if it wasn't :). I have had IBS for YEARS. The only thing that seems to make it worse is milk. I have to accept that I will have problems in the morning if I must have milk (I love milk). My saver for my IBS is Ciprofloxacin. My gastroenterologist prescribed it for me and when I feel the pains starting, I take one a day and it works by the end of the day. By day 2 or 3 I am back to normal. I use to take Metamucil. That helps a lot but was able to stop that also. Cipro works for me for IBS and bladder infections. Hope this helps.

I looked it up. Sounds interesting. I’m so tired of prescriptions that make things worse. It might be nice to do something for myself. Has it really helped you? When all three problems jump on me at once it’s really a bummer.

Hi. Try acidophilus chewables 2 to 3 a day. It really helps me. Also green smoothies that contain spinach kale n pineable juice. Mangoes n papaya if u can get them. Makes me feel pretty good n helps go easier. If u one what I mean. 👍🌞
