VIIBRYD or pristiq problems?

Does anyone have experience with VIIBRYD? I’ve been off pristiq since dec 26, 2018. I’ve been foggy since day 1 on VIIBRYD and have been taking it since about Dec 1, 2018. My mood did improve but I started to have vision problems and anxiety is so high. Doc prescribed me Vistaril at night for insomnia and anxiety but I still can’t see clearly and my memory is bad, light and sound sensitivity. Has anyone had experience with this?

Hi! This isn’t about viibryd but about pristiq. How was your experience with it did it help? How much where you taking and how long? Was is it the generic ? Sorry for so many questions but I am on it and its been a month or so but I don’t really like it I take 25mg and I get bad headaches my appetite is gone I am fine and others I am crying all day! Should I switch? I have been thinking about taking prozac but I’m scared there’s horror stories for almost every antidepressant!!

I really did like pristiq when it was working. I did get lethargic for the first week or so. I was on 50mg for a year then had to up it to 100mg. It worked great for 5 years then slowly my depression started to creep back in to where it was every 2 weeks. I did find that generic was “different” from name brand. I had to stick with name brand for less side effects. I’ve got to say that it was the hardest AD to get off of.
