I took an online test for depression and the result says that I have severe depression. I don't know what to do. I really don't think I have severe, but after seeing the results my mood shifted i don't know why and now i feel like crying just like that with no reason. I wish i had enough guts to kill myself. never felt so worthless and hopeless in life before.

Hi there first of all make a appointment with your doctor to get a definative diagnosis of what happening with your self! The doctor might place you on something to help you and or arrange for you to attend cbt sessions where you talk through what is bothering you and hopefully get you on the road to getting well again I wish you all the best david 🙏
