Hoping for the worst

Yesterday at work there was a wasp and I’m allergic and I know this sounds bad but I was hoping it would sting me. As it flew away I was disappointed. I’ve never felt this way before. I usually have really bad anxiety and now I’m just hoping for the worst

Im allergic to wasps too. I’m so sorry that you’ve gotten to this point. You know what though? You came here & shared this with us. Please know that there is hope. You can get better. We’ve all been there. I’ve felt the same way as you more times than I care to admit, but I am doing better now. Have you ever thought about seeking therapy or medication to help make you feel better? Do you have people in your life that can help you feel better about yourself? There is so much hope. This life is yours for the taking & I hope that you find that you’re so important!!!!
