Who else has itching issues due to anxiety ? I have suffer from itching on and off for the past 8 years even when I am taking antidepressants .
No rash just itching all over ! Since I have health anxiety this freaks me out plus it is so uncomfortable to feel itchy all day !
Any recommendations ?

Sounds like a problem with your nerves, my long lost friend. Happy Valentine's Day to you, too! Try some B 50 complex (1 to 2 per day) & and one or more of the following: potassium (eat potassium rich foods), Magnesium 125 mgs in citrate form up to 3 times per day, Vitamin D 2,000iu's up to 3 times per day & Calcium citrate 500 mgs 3 times per day. Drink more water too. It's possible that Zinc 30mgs up to 3X daily might also help. Start with one of anything and always work your way up slowly. Drink a lot of water too! Hope you feel better no matter what you do, my friend!!

I wouldn’t doubt that medications cause the itching. I had so many weird side effects that other friends didn’t mention on anti-anxiety meds. I had nasal swelling and my eyesight was not as good. I wouldn’t doubt I was itching too! Do you take very hot showers? Don’t do it bc that makes skin itch like crazy! Could also be an allergy. Watch what you are eating/drinking.
Yes I love really hot showers ! I have heard it is not good ! It is also the winter here and my skin is very dry but I agree it could be my meds.
I bet it’s the hot showers! You tginkna got shower is going to feel good and then afterwards, your skin is burning and itching. Use a humidifier and no very hot water. Lots of lotion
