Okay thank u so much that helps to know im not the only one. It is so frustrating tho... I’m gonna lay down tho and try the deep breathing to see if it helps
Try not to overthink about your breathing or u going to maybe it worse just try your best to breathe normal and u should be ok keep me updated and do u have anything for anxiety
Oh yeah! Has happened to me and still does on occasion. When you’re anxious you don’t realize that you’re taking quick shallow breaths, which makes you feel like you can’t breathe. Do some nice deep breaths and distract your mind from being hyper focused on your breathing (easier said than done I know).
One breathing excercise that helps me is to breathe in to the count of 4, hold for 4, and exhale to the count of 8. I will do that 3 or 4 times and usually find some relief. 🙂
Yes I deal with it all the time, for me some days are better then most, I sing to calm myself down
