I am a psychologist and a leader of Korea social anxiety self-helf group. I also suffered from social anxiety, now I nearly overcame and work as a lsychologist.

I want to talk with more people all over the world, and share my experience.

There are many coping skills but i'd like to know more about your story. What massage from your husband annoyed you?

What is the problem in your relationship?

I want to understand more.

Take care

Oh thats a long story.. Haha it was a comment he made on the phone about thinking his family is trying to phase me out, and as I know him, he wont get in the middle or tell them anything. Then I got a text message from a friend of his yelling at me for doing something my husband told me to do. Of which I vented for a moment then called this person to say that there was no reason to be rude and yes I'll take care of it. Which then I got yelled at for defending myself by my husband. Yes lots of relationship issues. Its the build up of issues then lots of anxiety already building due to my daughters birthday and party coming up because I have to interact with his family. I was going to therapy but now my car is broke and don't have a way there, babysitting, or money to pay so I have stopped going. I had wanted some sort of medication to help these feelings so I don't lash out negatively.

Any help is helpful!!!

Thanks so much

I am sorry to be late for reply. There was many bad things to you, I'd like to hug with warm heart.

It is not easy to understand of your sufferings totally, I think you suffered a lot from those things.

I think you are good person, and you have the power dealing with this situation. Believe yourself and i will tell you some skills.

1. Breath out more deeply when panic attack happened. Stop to breathe 5 seconds and then breathe out 7 seconds and breathe in as you want.

2. Contact to your surroundings. You can see good things around you. And also you can touch some soft and warm things like a dog.

3. Accepting your feeling with no prejudice, awaring your fearful thinking and Saying like this: everything will be okay. It will disappear soon if i make it bigger. Or it's not my fault.

I hope you feel better and take care.

With warm heart,

Lamy.

I am happy to get your asking.

I think you need more suppoters around you. It is difficult for you to be free from sufferings alone. We need more friends and good neighbor. I hope i am also your supporter and neighbor.

We need more hug and love, I think our mission in this planet is to love each other.

May you be at peace and feel happy,

With more warm hug,

Thank you. I am so happy to hear from you. This is exactly what I am experiencing and need help in overcoming it. I am getting out but I constantly think others are watching me. I always feel self conscious and worried about how people perceive me. I tell myself that it doesn't matter and I am working on self love greatly. I'd am also very spiritual so I get out to be with nature frequently to be grounded. I am realizing who I really am and valuing me as a woman. 3 weeks ago I could not leave the house so I knew I needed to change my thoughts and get help which I am doing now. I am very interested in the treatments of social anxiety. I have realized that trauma is a big reason for this condition which I have experienced. Thank you for reaching out and I would love your guidance and to hear your story.
