Guilty feelings

Sometimes when I'm feeling down I get someone else to get down cause they appreciate me, so I start also feeling this strange sense of guilt and I don't really know what to do, It's like a soft anxiety attack and I get all tense and everything. Tonight I'm going through one and I think I won't sleep. I'd appreciate some advice but mostly this was all about writing down my feelings. Thank you for reading

I understand misery loves company but try bringing someone else up. It's a much better feeling. No guilt. It's all about our mindset really. We have a choice and positivity does wonders. Try reading positive quotes when you feel down. It works. Read The Power of Intention. It's about positive bringing positive, a self fulfilling prophecy. Sounds simple but it works.

That kind of stuff doesn't help me, either I feel more down because I don't think like that or I read it and I think it is not real at all, but

Seems that way until you try it. How life affects us is all about attitude and perception. If we can change them we are not so easily destroyed but what life brings us. It took me years to realize that. I hope others will try it and not waste so much time suffering. You know if you do the same thing, you get the same result.

Mr sdc8 don't take somebody down with you its wrong that's why you feel guilty. Your conscience is condeming you. Also you need to relax your mind because that's where the problem is. Your mind needs fun and to unwind. If your an over thinker then you will not get well. All you need is to stop thinking out everything just stop thinking and go out and relax and hang out with people. You just need to persue happiness that's all.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Anxiety is such a difficult thing to struggle with. It is so important that you let your feelings out so it is good that you wrote them down on here! Have you talked to your parents about what you are dealing with? I hope everything gets better!
