I’m 19 Lately I feel so unstable I’m always upset I’m always angry there always something wrong , I haven’t started college and that makes me feel like like I’m waisting my life I have a part time job which I don’t love but I don’t hate but I know I can do better than that place ... I want work on myself I want to be happier I just don’t even know what being happy is anymore.
I help my family and I try to be there
My friends but I shut them all out for Lil but and I was just mentally fucking my self over and making myself more depressed and now I’m trying to go back but it’s not the same ...
I have a man who cares for me and he’s the sweetest person , but I feel like I should cut him off to because I’m not okay for me to be with someone else , he knows how I’ve been feeling down , I try to be open and tell how feel but I don’t even know what why I’m feeling this so down ....

Hi there! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having a rough time! First off you’re not wasting your life because you haven’t started college yet. Life isn’t a race with set deadlines. You have to do what’s best for your life at the moment. It’s good that you want to work in yourself! Talking about what your going through is an awesome first step! Also it’s important to remember that we are all worthy of love! As long as you and your guy are being honest with each about what you’re going through and feeling, there’s no need to cut him off. And as for getting closer to your family and friends again, just take it one day at a time. It may not be exactly like it was before but it could be something new and better over time! Wishing you the best
I try to tell myself that but it doesn’t always work and thank you I’ll take it day by day I pushed through even further and talked to him about this were going to try going to
Therapy , and talking on here , healthier schedule and foods to help over all
