So I guess lately, my anxiety has been better. Obviously there are my ups and my downs. Sometimes I get so angry with my family. Like today, I didn’t do one thing for my sister and my dad immediately calls me a bad sister saying I screwed her. Like are you kidding me? I’m a bad sister all of a sudden? It makes me so frustrated. Just leave me the hell alone.

Sorry to hear about that, think parents often get a bit carried away and look at the for one instance and not the whole picture, I am sure you are a good sister as a rule and given time I am sure he will see it that way too, have a great day
