So I purchased Stress B Complex today, I took one Nd so far it’s good. Anyone else taking it? If so how’s it working for you?

I take one every morning. I don't always eat enough, so I take that along with a multivitamin. Seems to be okay. It's all natural, so makes me feel better.

Yes yes yes. New research says lots of B6 really helps mood, and B12 too of course. Take these, a whole B complex daily, with food. Helps them absorb. You can’t go wrong with this one.
