I woke up early. For the first time in about 10 years I have been able to sleep without sleep meds. Although last night I woke up twice, I still feel like I got good sleep and woke up early.
It’s Monday and there is a whole week ahead of us. I pray and hope, it’s more good than bad, my happy than sad, more relaxing than chaotic, and we remember we can do it. I say this and write, probably a lot more for myself, but share, cause I want it for all of us.
If we hit walls or fall in holes. We are here to listen and to share.
Try to see one thing good at least once a day. The world is hard and can suck. But we aren’t and don’t. So let’s try. Do your best. It’s all anyone can ask. And smile. Even a tiny one. It can change your mood.
Love to you all,
Diane
