So much worrying and I am trying everyithing just to forget those things. I went to a psych, I went to a spiritual healer, I went to everyone who I thought would help me. Yes they are helping me. but sometimes my mind is just so occupied with these thoughts. How can I live my life if I'm like this. I hope I'll get better soon.

Hey friend I get that feeling what I always do is write it down on a piece of paper and realize even if the list is long, it’s just a list most likely of what if situations and I know if I say what if it’s most likely anxiety and I cross it off the list until I have all my normal problems to handle and it makes it more manageable
