Even when things seem to be calm in my life I cant help this feeling of inpending doom. Why cant I enjoy the moment....

Literally everything....family,getting robbed,hit by car, i know its crazy but i think its that i have too much time on my hands. Im 48, on disability, so am home most of the time.

I read alot. I have just agreed to try friday nite bingo with my neighbor. Lol thats kinda my speed for now!

Anxiety sometimes lives in the quietest moments. I find that it pops up when I am mostly calm and relaxed or not busy. It does not just go away... it has to be accepted and managed. I wish there was an easy answer, but you have to find ways to accept it and work with it in your life.
