Does anyone else feel sleepy after taking Adderall? I’m on 20mg three times a day and it makes me sleepy sometimes. I can take a proper nap afterwards no problems. I’m also an 10mg Of lexapro.

I wonder if you are on too much. Most people would be revved up by that. But people with ADHD become calmer on stimulants. I would ask your doctor for sure.
Yes, I was just prescribed Adderall 10mg a day last week for social anxiety. Not only did it help tremendously with my anxiety, it has also helped me sleep better than I have in months!
Stimulants make people with ADHD tired
