Extreme Fatigue (SSRIs, SNRIs?)

Does anyone else experience this? If so, is there anything that might trigger it? I've been feeling well in stretches (for 2-3 days at a time) then I go into a trance, where I become exhausted and can hardly function. My mind will race a bit, I become kind of nervous and sad, and don't know how to get through it without just getting under the covers for a couple of hours.

I had a good weekend and woke up this morning feeling well again. I was doing some work around the house and just as I was getting ready to leave, I started to get tired. I kind of knew what was coming again and tried to push through, as I sometimes do. I left the house around noon and was driving around a bit and felt like a zombie. I returned home and basically bagged the day.

I don't know or understand what it is. I tend to start googling things and it could be a million different things. I have my blood work done fairly routinely and everything checks out fine to rule out anemia, low testosterone, etc. Is it a symptom of anxiety and depression? Could it be side effects from the meds? I'm currently on 50mg of Cymbalta, which is an SNRI actually. All the others didn't work for me (Prozac, Zoloft). Lexapro helped mildly.

It just sucks because I'm trying to stay busy with work, hobbies, and taking care of my 4 year old son. But when I get these feelings, it's hard to do anything! Ugh : (

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

No. I've had my blood drawn on a couple of occasions when I was exhausted too, and everything checks out fine.

Yes, I just scaled down my Lexapro because it was wiping me out. I was a zombie and wanted to sleep all the time

This may sound like a simple question but when was the last time you had blood work done? I suffer from severe anemia and they have no idea why. My iron levels are perfect so that isn't the reason. Fatigue can lead to so many other health issues, both emotional and physical. I hope you will get blood work done soon if you haven't already!
