After many weeks again I am feeling anxious. Can't breathe well. Feeling lonely, sad, helpless, and down. I don't know what to do.I took Xanax 0.25mg. I hope I will feel better soon.

Hang in there Asif. Sometimes it just attacks us or plays tricks on us and is extra mean. Stupid anxiety. Tell it to shut up and leave you alone. You got this. How’s your blood pressure?

Thank you for your response. My blood pressure is fine now, because now I am taking Bisoprolol 10mg daily. How are you?

🙏🏻Glad to hear that and that it balances itself out now. That’s a victory for you. Focus on that and meditate on the positive. Deep breathing exercises with mantras in your mind: I am strong I am healthy I can and I will. I got this. and these random set backs they have no rhyme or reason but don’t dwell on it. You’re not alone. Lifting you in prayer.

You will feel better with Xanax. Just be careful not to mix it with alcohol or certain meds. It can also be habit forming but it definitely works.

Hi, I hope you are feeling better. I suffer from horrible anxiety. Xanax .25 helps me. I take Xanax 3x a day. I also take Bupropion and Lexapro. The combo helps me but talking helps me more. I have a wonderful Psychiatrist. He is very kind. It helps to talk to a PDr or therapist. They can give you great ideas on how to manage you anxiety. I find keeping busy helps me. Talking walks or working out will help too. I'm here for you. Susan

I know exactly how you are feeling, like you I was doing so good and then it hits again. Then I feel like this will never stop. Have you ever tried “ I can get through the next 20 (or 10 or 15 etc ) minutes?” That helps me sometimes. When you get through those minutes do another set, usually I start to calm down. Good luck, we are all here for you❤️
