Hello, I was looking for a place of support and where others may understand what I go through. To make a long story short I was shoved into menopause and have badly been fighting depression and overthinking.
I look forward to supporting others as well.

no worries social anxiety can be a hinderance in our everyday life.the mindset should be learn to live with depression rather than fight it because the depression would usually win.
"Shoved into the menopause" says it all. Women despite male authority specialists do have menopausal depression, which is linked to their hormones. Women feel quite bewildered with so many symptoms which affect mood and health. Know there are thousands who experience an early menopause and feel their youth slipping away and have deep complexes with identity. I have seen some support groups for hysterectomy
but have not seen many specific to the menopause so thanks for explaining your problems
- it shows this is a woman's illness and may need a different support network though this site is full of interesting posts.
I’m new to the group too, and am dealing with exactly the same thing since my complete hysterectomy 2 years ago. I’ve just been getting worse, and the hormone therapy clearly is not helping. I feel alone, lost, and ready to call it quits some days. I have nobody to talk to openly, and I’m tired.
Hi before I went through the change a nurse told me it doesn't cause extra problems but it can make existing ones feel worse. I found this to be true. Are you taking any form of HRT? I did and it helped me a lot. x
