There's this tea that mom usually makes it really help when my cramping gets unbearable she uses parsley... and drink a lot of water you need to stay hydrated

You're not going crazy. I become a completely different person before my period. I'm trying to lower my stress levels so that my pms symptoms are not as severe 😯.

Still waiting on my test results and been still going to different doctors and still have this throbbing and pulsating feeling at the back of my head doctors said is migraines. How are you doing?
