Talking about past bring all the pain back
That used to happen to me alot. Key is to accept your past to yourself.
Tears are ok. Let them flow. Breath. Deep 7 second breath in, hold 7 seconds, breath 7 seconds out and repeat for at least 5 minutes. This can help if and when experiencing a panic attack and when anger comes to the surface, you may be able to release it through doing this simple breathing exercise.

Very important to express how you are feeling to someone. I’ve lost loved ones to suicide and have come close myself to this fate as well. I would encourage you to seek counseling. Be kind to yourself. When you are sad or depressed take note of it and the reason(s) why. Decide to do something that you enjoyed doing in the past that brought a sense of gladness to your heart, like a hobby or do some art or something that takes your mind off your problems. Avoid those who might talk down to you or who might mistreat you. I hope you feel better soon.

I can relate to this so much.
Which is why I started going to therapy. Just thinking or talking about stuff in my past would give me anxiety. It’s hard but we gotta work through it 👍🏻
