Acceptance
alexia_russell, that word "Acceptance" has a lot of power in our lives,
maybe more than we realize. As much as we want to be in control
of our situations that life hands us, sometimes it's just not possible.
The frustration not only builds but so does our anxiety. Once we accept
that not all is in our hands, we can start to work on ourselves and proceed
forward. Thank you for sharing this wise thought on Acceptance. xx
So true, but easier said than done. Understand it will take some time and patience. Take it one day at a time and don’t give up if there are setbacks. Now go forth and kick ass!!

Ditto Alexia. Easier said than lots of time, but accepting things we cannot change is critical to overcoming depression and anxiety. I try daily to accept what I cannot change and really struggle. Not accepting these things makes depression and anxiety impossible to manage because we are likely dwelling on negative from the past that we can do nothing about. Thanks for the good advice, I would do well to remember it daily.
