Been on a diet for two weeks and all i can say is i have lost 14 days of happiness

Comfort food. You need comfort food. Just cut down on carbs and sugar. A banana fills you up for just 100 calories.

Wow, , 14 pounds in 2 weeks. that's fast but that's okay. For the rest of your weight loss do what Jeff1943 said and eat a banana, you can never go wrong with banana's, lol haha if you like them.

Omg I feel your pain!!! Food is life!! I recently became diagnosed with a disorder and have to cut out iodine and sugar, what am I to do? While I’ve lost weight I miss indulging !
