Does anyone else suffer from seasonal depression? i had the worst panic attacks last year for the first time. & A couple days ago, i started feeling panicky. I hate the time change as well, the dark freaks me out. Thank you!

Am the same way every year, they say I have clinical depression. And am like I hate day light savings. Wish they would had left the time alone. Because it gets to dark to soon for me and I can’t stand it.

yes....but mine is because of any holiday season was a trigger for reliving my past trauma as a kid and young adult. I think what your talking about has to do with temp. and shorter days......

Yeah, I get it bad. I have a special lamp for it. They are not cheap but help.

I have depression anyway and take meds. They help balance the chemical imbalance in my brain. I don’t like taking them but when I don’t, all I do is cry. They help me maintain a balanced life, thankfully. I will say that fall and winter is a bit darker than spring and summer. I hope you get it balanced out.
