Yes, so true, n especially of us older folk. Some of the people who live near me talk only of there ailments. I've learnt to avoid them incase I become the same. 😊✌️🌻

So true...I’ve found some people like to kind of get competitive about whose more ill, and who has it worse 😩 I’m not into that...I much prefer wherever possible to talk about the joys...not always so easy but I like to not have my illness define who I am .....🌺 so I love this ❤️❤️

Agreed. Talking about problems should be reserved when someone is scared. The less I talked about my problems the less sympthoms I experienced.

Anyways...... my greatest joys are love of my parents, doing sports, helping people (like physically)
