So have you ever just sat and thought that if we all TRULY knew everyone we came in contact with, and everything they had been through, that maybe, just maybe we'd see each other different and there wouldn't be sad, angry, and lonely people? Because everyone goes through so many things we may never even know about, and we can be so harsh to each other. But truth. Well that can bring us together. That can teach us so much. I apologise I've been in my head today, and this is one of the things I thought about. There is so much divide over everything.

I suppose Life in general is like being at school where we live and learn how to relate to others and learn how to learn from all of our errors. When we Die we pass over and then take examinations on the other side on what we have learned in our lives.

I have found sometimes people will most time never thank us for being in their eyes nosey it is always difficult to work out if we are inter-fearing, life is so complicated

I think the problem is we evolved to live in small bands of no more than like 15-30 people, where you know everyone and their experiences. We’re essentially not adapted to be in contact with strangers.

Anger is an appropriate response to fear if fighting back helps ensure you’re survival. That’s why it is always a sign of weakness.

We might be genetically predisposed to depression because rumination, or dwelling on your problems, might help you solve them, if you’re identifying something that is putting your life at risk, in the same manner that physical pain alerts you to something unsafe. It’s like a pain response for the mind.

It also could be that if someone is depressed, they are more likely to receive emotional support from others , thus ensuring their survival.

We’re all just inherently programmed to try to survive, and every action we take is a reflection of that, whether we realize it or not.

This is deep. And an amazing response. I hadnt thought of it in those exact terms, but this makes alot of sense

There is so much I have been through that I hardly tell a soul. When someone is being very judgemental towards me sometimes I'm just thinking, if you only knew............ It's very true we do not know people until we have walked in their shoes. Sometimes I try to be careful dishing out advice, I know how sometimes someone might not be telling me everything.
