Heading into acupuncture

I'm about to go to my acupuncture appointment and of course I've already convinced myself it's going to be bad! I m convinced somehow the needles with puncture something or it will cause me more health issues.... I hate having health anxiety.... It makes it hard to find treatments also....

Just got out! It was intense!!!! I started to have all over just like shakes and then suddenly just cried uncontrollably and then suddenly just calmness..... I am definitely going back!
