Blind Hesitation!

Things like OCD, Depression, and Anxiety often prey on kind, caring and Emotional people.

"Those who are compassionate, sensitive to the needs of others ".They love the people around them to an intensity where they will do anything to stop harm coming to them. They always want to be the reason for other's happiness".

"But the Irony is that nobody ever truly understands us and we always end with blind hesitation !"

Absolutely true,

I believe most of us are born to be empaths.

Being an empath feels more like a curse than anything else,

i.e-

sometimes its not even my 'funk'

I just feel it from the environment or other people & I don't realise it until i've spent hours analyising & obsessing over why I feel so crappy by just popping to the shops 🙄

I guess embracing sensitivity is the way to acceptance that we may always be sensitive souls.

Being sensitive/ empath actually is a curse and even if it is considered to be a blessing as well,I feel it's a useless one

I know what you mean I think it takes years to become comfortable with it if ever. I dont know about you but I avoid a lot of tv especially adverts & the news. & pretty much anything I can that gives of negative vibes, some things we can't get away from but we can choose to just not put the tv on and absorb the crap.

Use rock salt lamps & have plenty of salt baths with intention of clearing what you dont need.

no its no cure but it helps to just be aware that we can become overloaded easily & need to clear stuff weekly or daily - as if becomes as a part of a daily hygenie thing.

I wish it was really that easy to clear the unwanted stuff from our brains!

Thank you pure! Its very true but also a nice reminder to protect your own feelings and make sure you are well. Once that is achieved one can be much more productive to others!

Exactly, we should first protect our own feelings and try not to go deep into other things, rather start to live on the surface. That's only way for us to live a normal life.
