I get it. Sometimes it feels like anxiety is in control of everything.
U aren’t alone
know just the feeling, but I think the more we fight what we are feeling we are giving it more power over us. Try telling your self I'm a great person, which you are and anxiety get out of my life. I will not let you take over because I can be stronger than you., If you want to scream, do it.
