I've been taking 10mg three times a day for a couple months. The big plus is that you can use it long term and wean yourself off it anytime with no hassle. And it doesn't leave you feeling out of it. Just mellows things out a little. I've been using it with Remeron for insomnia and I can't remember ever sleeping this well.
