hi im sorry to hear of how you are feeling.please talk to someone please.not just for your child or expectant baby but for yourself.thats great news about your partner I wish him well for the future.be strong and keep fighting for happiness it will come.

Gosh I relate to those words. My problem is hormonal imbalance and you may also be in the throws of this with your pregnancy so remember that. It’s not you talking! It’s these damn hormones that rule everything. So buckle up and switch those thoughts. Not easy but say NO, f$&@ off, to those thoughts. It’s a powerful practice. And the other thing I do is embrace them like a sad kid that needs direction. There is a time for both responses to these thoughts. Don’t get cozy or find solace in the giving up thoughts. They’re the devil and will tempt you with lies about relief when the relief is HERE. In the land of the living. I’m finding my way out from under those evil thoughts cuz it’s so much in the news and it’s getting normalized and it’s not an escape. There is only one way and it’s THROUGH these thoughts. I watched Margaret Paul on YouTube speak on “inner bonding” the other day. Cheri Huber’s books are also incredibly healing. Seek out resources and tricks to add to your arsenal of healing techniques. Go with the current of change and respect your pain, it’s moving you along if you steer it right. Don’t give in to the voices that batter and bruise you up and I won’t either. I’m totally here for you and you have so much to live for and you BELONG here on this planet and with us, your family. Easy to forget this when the pain becomes too much to handle.

Please don't give up!! Please seek help, these feelings and thoughts aren't you. I really hope you feel better very soon. I've had depression myself a few times, at the time I didn't realize that eventually, it passes. Going to your doctor is the best start. I really do wish you the best of luck, take care.

easy there.

Being pregnant has a life of it's own. ( pun not intended)

PLEASE call your doc and talk about this.

Sometimes just a few different vitamins and supplements and a change in diet will bring you back to how you want to feel.

You have every right to feel exactly as you do, and you can and should reach out to local healers, docs or even a good experienced person at a vitamin store.

The struggle is real right now, it's really "not your fault". Hormones wreak havoc on the mind and body.

Books by Eckhart Tolle Power of Now and A new Earth gave me a good idea of how our mind works. If we allow the mind and get carried away, it could be torturous.

Sit in a corner of your home and meditate everyday and observe your own mind. You could watch the thoughts just like you are in a movie theater. Be detached. And carry the same process through out the day.

I'm sorry to read about what you are going through. What coping strategies do you have? Do you exercise (walking, or light jogging could still be possible)? Have you spoken to a counselor or looked into group counseling? What about hobbies or interests you may have? Sometimes even when you don't want to do something, you have to take the extra step of forcing yourself to do what you don't feel like doing and most of the time, you end up so grateful that you did it. You aren't alone and you have so much going for you and your family. Don't avoid your feelings. You could look into speaking to a therapist who can help you work through your feelings so that your feelings don't control you or at least you can work towards a reduction in those feelings. Shop around. Different therapists have different beliefs about treatment methods for what the right course of action should be for a person.
