I know that feeling,I’m trying to do this by myself as meditation not helping. I’ve tried the meditation and relaxing apps too. But in all seriousness nothing’s helping me either. It’s nice to have found a support group though just don’t know how it works lol

One thing we need to keep in mind that now its part of our lives. Now make panic attacks ur friend. Thats all i have learnt up till now
