So far so good on this app. It’s been my journal and I’ve been just posting anything I feel at the moment. A couple days ago my relationship ended and I’ve see on Social Media that she had moved on already. I’m not really sad I’m just really disappointed in myself because I haven’t yet. I’m not sure they’ll ever be anyone more for me in my life and I’m sure my depression is going to take over again. I get really bad anxiety attacks when I’m alone bc I start to overthink life and I’m scared im going to get a bad one and might not recover. Any help to move on quicker or help with my anxiety would be helpful. Thanks

Take a look on YouTube at David Carbonell, the panic trick. I hope it helps you to feel better.
