Emotional exhaustion is common when you’re hurt a number of times. The worst thing to do (and I deal from personal experience) is to hold it in & not talk about it.
I (and many others) have come here to be helped...and to help.

It's OK to take a short break from the pain, but I agree with PP, you have to go back and deal with the issues or they will pop up when you least expect it. Do you have a therapist ,friend or family member you can talk to about the issues?
