Everyone on here relates to depression! You are in the right place. Have you seen a psychiatrist or therapist? Are you on medication? Those things help. Other ways I like to do to cope is writing, listening to nice music, watching a fun show or movie and walks help.

I like to stay busy and work to keep my mind distracted. Invite friends over so that you dont have to leave the comfort of your own home but are still being social!

I remember seeing on tv they have special daylight lamps that can help with seasonal depression. I don’t know if I have seasonal depression but I just wanted to share that about the lamps. I hope you find relief.

I used to live in Michigan, where the grey skies of winter can be really really tough. I had a friend that suffered from seasonal depression and she had one of those lights that mimics the sun and, I think, boosts your vitamin D. The next one is a bit of money, but she also installed a sauna in her basement. Her job had her outside all day and chilled to the bone. She said ending the day in the sauna did wonders for her depression. I live in Texas now so my seasonal depression is summer when it's 1,000 degrees outside with no end in sight. Lol.
