It's been really hard for me to fall asleep more than usual. As soon as I get comfortable and close my eyes, I have a mini panic attack and get extremely hot even though I keep my room cool to help me sleep. I don't know what's going on.

I used to get those when I first struggling with anxiety. I ended up just doing breathing techniques to calm me down to try to sleep. My new thing now is I will fall asleep but I wake up at either 3:30am or 4:30 am for so reason. I never had trouble sleeping through the night but now I do. I won’t take meds as I’m always scared to do so. Try sleepy time tea as it calms the mind or an Epson salt bubble bath before bed. Good luck! We both need it!

Lately am also having sleeping problems, can sleep for only 2 hours a day. i have tried doing exercises and all, still can't sleep. if you find any solution then plz inform it to me too.
This happens to me a lot recently, or when my anxiety has been elevated.
I listen to a audio book, with a calm voiced reader, helps allot... most of the time.
