I know that the few times I've had this.... I had to shut everything out....get into a quiet place....close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing.... I've heard Mindfulness techniques are helpful and many good videos on this are on Youtube. I also found this website that deals with anxiety of all kinds....it may be helpful for you:

I'll check it out for sure.. Thank you!

I do the slow breathing & also try to take my mind to a happy place or time. I wish for you all the best. Have a joy filled day. Love, peace, light & hugs!
