I do this every day, at bedtime and before I get up.
1 in the morning before I get up, I imagine feeling well no health problems, then I concentrate on the feel of being well.
2 I take a breath in and make the sound AH, but elongate it ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I do this for 10 to 20 minutes After this I can feel my whole body relaxed and tingling. and I feel good ready to start my day.
3 At bedtime before I go to sleep I concentrate on gratitude and thankfulness'
4 I take a breathe in and make the sound Om but elongate it again Ommmmmmmme. I do this until I am ready to sleep.
Very powerful meditation if you do it most days, Do it for a week and see how you feel. Once you feel the change you will do it every day. Very powerful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
